Raj and Think Escape bus rental made my bridal shower weekend amazing . From pickup to drop off they ensured that me and my girls had an amazing time . The bus was clean , sanitary and safe. I will use their services again if I am ever in San Francisco.

I hunted around for a great deal on a party bus that could drive 20 people from SF to Napa and back, and this was the best one that I found. It had a nice Bluetooth music system and huge windows for great views. Our driver Victor was very nice and happy to deal with our large group FYI- The contract you sign includes a lot of possible charges for damages, but as long as you don't have anyone puking or breaking things don't be too worried about that. We helped clean up at the end and they don't mind minor crumbs or little spills.

What can Ronald not do. When all is said and done,  Ronald from Think Escape will go down as one of the greatest  party bus drivers to grace the hallowed halls of debauchery. From his pleasant demeanor to his beautiful sense oF humor, to the way he instills a sense of calm and comfort in his passengers, Ronald, or Ronnie as we affectionately call him,  has cemented a place in our hearts. Here's to you, Ronnie.

Everyone on the team was very helpful when planning the trip and fully transparent about pricing. They were able to accommodate us with whatever we needed and answer any questions or concerns we had before you trip. Our bus was on time and we were even able to change the dropoff location on the way back. Overall a great experience!!

I recently planned a birthday outing for my friend and our group of 18. We chose Think Escape as our party bus rental and had a BLAST! Communication leading up to the event was smooth. Pricing was very good as well. I booked the bus the same week and both Raj and Eddie were super helpful in making sure I could finalize everything in time for our party. Our bus arrived early on the day of our trip, so I was able to check it out and review everything with our bus driver- Ronnie. We originally booked the 20 person bus for our group, and ended up receiving the 40 person bus with a bathroom. Though it was an extra fee to utilize the bathroom, it worked out perfectly since the the smaller buses are not equipped with bathrooms. We had no problem paying for this amenity. Major convenience! We were all so excited when we got inside. Ronnie was prompt at every single pick-up. Communication was smooth- and after shooting him a text, he was outside each stop within minutes to ensure we were on schedule with the rest of our plans. I recommend bringing a trash bag and a roll of paper towels to make sure you can tidy up your things a bit during your trip. It's easy for trash to pile up, so doing so will allow you to keep things clean and make sure you can be out of the bus on time. We had all our bags full and ready to go before we arrived to our destination. I definitely recommend Think Escape. It was a bit scary planning a whole birthday outing that pleased a big group- but I couldn't have imagined the day going better. Thank you Think Escape!

Would highly recommend using this company. The booking process is very organized and all the people I talked to over the phone were polite and attentive  as well! On the day of the bus, everything went smoothly because our driver helped us out and was easy to communicate with. We stopped at bars along the way and she was very good about being ready outside when we were ready to go!

We had 2 buses from Think Escape for our wedding on October 26th, 2019 - the Tiffany Bus and the Mona Lisa Bus. They arrived on time, and both buses were new, beautiful and sparkling clean. We used them to transport our guests from the wedding ceremony to the reception, with fun picture stops along the way. All the guests truly appreciated the classy, white-glove service and the opportunity to relax, visit, and party with each other on the buses in between venues. The pictures taken inside them were super fun, with the gorgeous interior and lighting in the background. Very much worth while!

Think Escape is very professional and responsive. We booked a 20-person party bus. It was quick & easy to book. Eddie, our agent, outlined all the information we needed to know beforehand. On the day of the event, our driver, Ronnie (Ronald), arrived early and made sure we had plenty of time to board to bus. Ronnie was friendly and a delight to work with. We had an awesome time!

Think escape was great! Spoke with Eddie at first to get everything taken care of then spoke with Raj who was equally as great and was able to work with me regarding payment. Ronald (Ronny) was our driver he was very responsive to what we wanted to do, he was always on time and got us where we needed to be in a timely manner! Overall experience was great and their pricing was extremely competitive. Got quotes from a bunch of different companies and Think Escape was one of if not the lowest fair. We got the 20 person bus and there was plenty of room for everyone! Bus was super nice and clean inside. Bluetooth worked great! Would recommend to a friend and use again !!!
