Can we bring food on the party buses, limousines, or shuttle buses?
Food is allowed on the buses. If food gets in the bars, on the seats, or on the floors a cleaning fee will be assessed. This fee can vary, depending on the severity of the mess left behind. We suggest eating food and snacks off the bus to ensure no additional food cleaning charges will be assessed.
At what point in time does my reservation begin and end?
Your reservation starts at your scheduled pickup time. Your trip ends once the last patron exits the bus. Please allow yourself time to clean up and gather your belongings as you leave the bus.
Can you get our group into a nightclub for free?
Although we do NOT make entry reservations at nightclubs for groups, we will gladly take you to any club of your choosing. We encourage you to contact the club of your choice directly to discuss table service and entry requirements.
Is there a minimum number of hours for the party bus rental?
Yes and No. Usually, there is a 4-hour minimum all week, but this will depend on vehicle availability and scheduling. Please call 1-800-823-7249 to find out about our minimum hourly party bus rentals or submit a quote request here.
What is the deposit to rent the party bus?
We require a deposit of $350 to reserve. This is only an authorization on the card and gets charged if there are any cleanup, overtime, or damages. This will show as pending on your end. The full balance is due in cash or cashier’s check at the time of arrival. If you want to pay the full balance with a credit card, there’s a 4% processing fee.
If you decide you want to cancel, there would be a 10% non-refundable booking fee as long as you cancel more than 14 days before your event. If you cancel with less than 14 days, you lose the $350 deposit. With less than 7 days before your reservation, there are no cancellations and you’ll be held liable for the full amount in the contracted price.
Can we smoke on the party bus or limousines?
No. Smoking of any substance regardless of whether it is for “medical reasons” is strictly prohibited on all party buses and limousines. Your party would be subject to a $150 fine per occurrence. If you would like to have a smoke break please let the driver know and they will take you to a safe location where you can smoke off the bus. E-cigarettes and vaping devices are OK.
Can we drink alcohol on the bus?
Yes, alcohol is permitted on the vehicle long as EVERYONE on the bus is at least 21 years old. If there is a mixed group of both 21+ and under 21 onboard, alcohol is not permitted.
Do you provide us with alcohol on the party bus?
No, we do not provide alcohol on our party buses, limousines, or shuttle buses. You can bring alcohol on the bus as long as everyone is 21+.
What forms of payment do you accept for party buses, limousines, or charter buses?
We accept all major credit cards (All c.c transactions do require a 4% service charge), a cashier’s check made out to Think Escape or cash. You may also split the payment if you would like and pay part cash or part credit card. We accept personal or business checks as long as they are in our office 5 days prior to your event date.
Are gratuities included for the drivers?
Yes, the prices we quote out for our party buses, limousines, and shuttle buses are all-inclusive of tax, tip, and fuel costs. If you feel like your chauffeur has gone above and beyond, we suggest that you leave an additional tip.
